Whether it’s playing a game of cards or scrabble, watching a favorite TV show or reading a book, magazine or newspaper together, positive time with others can enhance and even extend our lives. To help reduce their isolation, improve their outlook and support their overall well-being, we provide Companionship Services to clients in their homes.
Home Health Aide
Our Home Health Aides provide the hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living that help clients to remain in their homes. A Home Health Aide may perform simple, helpful tasks. They may also include medication reminders for those who are prone to forget them. Ideal for client’s who, for medical reasons, need a higher level of care than Personal Care. Typical duties range from grooming and dressing to assisting with ambulation and utilizing safety equipment.
Home Maker Care
Many times a client does not require health-related services but does require help with bathing, dressing or grooming. That’s where our Personal Care Services come in. We help our clients feel better about their appearance by helping them maintain personal hygiene, a significant part of their overall health. Ideal for client’s who need assistance or supervision with bathing, dressing or ambulation but who are independent enough that that they do not need a home health aide level of care.
24/7 Live in Care
At any given time, several of our clients require a high level of constant medical, personal and homemaking support to continue living in their homes. These clients have no desire to live in a nursing facility, and their families support their wishes. NuCare Team LLC offers a full spectrum of 24/7 live-in care options to clients. Ideal for clients who need consistent care and cannot be left alone. Depending on needs of the client, the services can encompass a mix of homemaking, home health aide
